Free Shipping for Most Orders Over $299

This offer applies to standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States only. Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, Military Postal Service and international orders. Excludes furniture. For orders that include both furniture and non-furniture items, the price of furniture is excluded from the $299 free shipping threshold and free shipping will apply only to the non-furniture items if the price of the non-furniture items exceeds $299. The free shipping option will automatically appear in the list of shipping options on the checkout page if your order qualifies. All ordered items are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 3 business days. In the event one or more ordered items are not available and cannot be shipped, you will be provided a refund for those items not shipped.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, please return it for a refund within 30 days. To be eligible for any return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please return unused items with a copy of your receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five days of approved receipt.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. If your item(s) is damaged or broken in transit, we cannot provide a refund of the item. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. 


 

Damaged/Missing Items

For UPS deliveries, please contact us for instructions. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 15 days of receipt of your package to be eligible for refund or replacement. Please contact us at info@taghomedecor.com and we will be happy to assist you.

For USPS Postal Service deliveries, the postal service requires that you take any damaged items, along with your receipt and the packaging, to your post office to file a claim for reimbursement. 


  

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@taghomedecor.com.

 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


 

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange defective or damaged items purchased within 30 days from our Tag Home Decor website. To exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at info@taghomedecor.com and send your item to: tag Home Decor, 156 Riverside Avenue, PO Box 273, Winthrop, Washington US 98862. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
