Shipping:  We offer  and shipping options and we ship FAST!  In stock items will ship in 1-2 days.  Items are shipped from our store in Winthrop, Washington and are based on actual weight and size.  If you provide an email during checkout, you will receive an email with tracking information when the item(s) ship.  USPS is not recommended for breakable items due to their fairly difficult insurance claim process.  If you wish to use other shipping methods, please contact us.  Some breakable items are not available for shipment overseas. 

Gift/Bridal Registry:  We offer gift registry to assist your guests in choosing the perfect gift for your special occasion.  Just submit your information to us using the Gift Registry Sign Up page or email us at info@taghomedecor.com for more information.

Gift Cards:  Gift cards can be purchased by clicking here.  We will send an email with the gift card number to be redeemed online or a plastic card mailed to the address you choose.  If you would like another gift card amount, please contact us at 509.996.2009 or info@taghomedecor.com

Gift Wrapping:  Gift wrapping is available for most items for an additional $5.00 per item.  Click here to add gift wrapping to an item.  No receipt will be placed in the shipment.  Please provide an email in the Bill To area during checkout to receive an e-receipt.

Returns:  We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, please return it for a refund within 30 days.  You may return merchandise by mail, UPS or FedEx. Please return unused items with a copy of your invoice and a brief explanation to the address below.  We highly suggest purchasing insurance as we can only credit items returned in new condition.  Shipping costs are not refunded.

Special order and discontinued items are subject to a 15% restocking/cancellation fee.

Damage:  Any broken, damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 15 days of receipt to be eligible for refund or replacement.  Please call or email for further instructions.

Privacy Policy:  Unlike larger retailers, we respect your privacy and never sell or release any information our customers provide.  Your information stays only with us and that's a promise.

Wholesale:  We are a retail store located in Winthrop, WA and do not offer wholesale purchasing.
